Silent Protest March condemning the murder of a swayamsevak in Raipur

Raipur, 8th September, 2019. Opposing the murder of karyakarthas of tribal society, amongst whom many are swayamsevaks, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh has organised a silent protest  march demonstration on Sunday, 8th September 2019, in the courtyard of Ram Mandir Sabha, in this connection. Sah Pranth Sanghachalak Dr Poornendu Saxena said Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh wants to draw your attention to the violent activities happening in the tribal areas of Chattisgarh.

It would be in your knowledge that recently Ex Sarpanch of Durgkaundal region Daadu Singh had been assaninated in his own home. Sri Daadu Singh ji was was an active member of Rashtriya SwayamSewak Sangh and also social worker.

This incident is a heart-rending one, it is not a lone such incident. Recently, members related to Sangh and other social organisations have been threatened, they have been treated violently, murdered and situations created so that they are forced to leave their villages.

Sangh believed in the fact that people of the society having different opinions must live together with mutual respect, harmony and cooperation. However, the recent past happenings indicate that these killings of the leaders of the tribals in these tribal regions is being done under a planned plot to weaken them.

Today it is been noticed that different castes and tribes are been thrown against each other and traditionally barriers are being drawn to celebrate the festivals together unlike earlier.

It is also noticed that it is the work of anti-national elements. These elements must be investigated and their disruptive plots to be put to an end.

Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh expects that such acts will be investigated and acted upon to solve these matters.

On this occasion along with Sah Pranth Sanghachalak Dr Poornendu Saxena, also were present on the stage Shri Balak Das ji Maharaj, Shri Swami Prapannacharya, Pranth Sanghachalak Visra Ramji, Pranth Karyavah Shri Chandrashekhar Verma ji, Shri Gopal Yadav ji, Chandrashekhar Devangan ji, Pranth Pracharak Shri Prem Shankar ji, Samyojak Shri Sushil Yadav, Shri Roopnarayan Sinha ji.

With this, Silent Rally from Ram Mandir till Telibandha Talab was organised and a memorandum was submitted to the Governer, President, Prime Minister, Home Minister and the Chief Minister of Chattisgarh.
