Cover page of Outlook Magazine saying RSS outfits traffick girls from Assam is insulting and defamatory.

-Author has clear bias against the RSS as giving sanskars is also seen as part of Hindutva ideology.

-No violation of any Indian or international law.

-No international guidelines are violated.

-Juvenile Justice Act is not applicable in this case.

-There may be some irregularity in the procedure but there is no illegality. -Hence, it is illegal and defamatory to say that RSS is “trafficking” girls.
