'Withdraw FIR against Dr.Togadia' - VHP International Advisor Ma Ashok ji Singhal

Allahabad, 12 Feb. Maharastra Govt. should immediately withdraw the F.I.R. lodged against Dr. Praveen Togadia on his speech delivered at Bhokar (Nanded). We are of firm opinion that there is nothing illegal in that speech. If the govt. takes any action against him then the decision of all india office bearers of VHP is that it will be treated as malafide and VHP will stand by him firmly.

    Dr.Togadia was only giving rebuttals to the unprovoked hate-speech of Akbar Owaisi. There was no reason to file any FIR against him. I heard his speech and Owaisi's on You Tube. Owaisi's speech is proof that he is an anti-national and a rabid anti-Hindu. Legal action must be taken against Owaisi. But there is no justification to file FIR against Dr.Togadia as 'tit for tat'.
