There are attempts through Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things to identify spread of Covid-19. Arokya Setu App is one such initiative, it has crosses more than 5 crore downloads.
IIT - Madras has developed a software called 'Data from Sky' connected to a Drone. It flies at about 20 feet high and helps the Police to identify violators of lock-down.
