RSS files complaint against culprits who create confusion in the society

Dinesh Kishorchandra Vala, Vibhag Karyawah of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Maninagar area filed a complaint with the Deputy Police Commissioner, Cyber Crime Police Station, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad for defaming RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

His complaint states: “……. Today on 16/01/2020 in the morning at about 11 o’clock I was looking at my mobile. At that time my Advocate friend Dashrath D. Yadav sent me one PDF file and asked me to verify the correctness of its contents. Its title was “New Indian Constitution – Mohan Bhagvat” New Constitution and it was a 16-page PDF file. After opening its first page, there was a photograph of Shri. Mohanji Bhagvat wearing a black cap, which is the part of the dress code of Sangh and in the remaining pages from 2 to 16, different points were stated. These points were such that it would create false impression that there is a process underway for formulation of new proposed Constitution of India. All the points mentioned in this proposed Constitution, such as special rights to Brahmins; and portraying women as objects of enjoyment by using improper and inappropriate language; and also, there is an attempt to demean other communities except Brahmins and depicting other communities as second category citizens. At the outset I found these statements to be false and bogus and hence I sent this message to senior official of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Ahmedabad, Shri. Maheshbhai Parikh and requested him to verify the details and inform me the truth in this regard. Accordingly, Shri. Maheshbhai Parikh after inquiring informed me that this message was totally false and is made with an ulterior motive to create unnecessary confusion.

This message is being spread with the ulterior motive to challenge the supremacy of the Indian Constitution and also to promote distrust in the Indian Constitution and is aimed at creating differences and distrust between caste, creed, different religions and among people speaking different languages and thereby creating hatred amongst society/classes and thereby creating rebellion in society and to take our country toward anarchy. Further it is being spread with an ulterior motive to create misunderstanding about Sangh and respectful Shri. Mohanji Bhagvat in the Indian Society and also to defame them. Further it has also misused the photograph of respectable Mohanji, his name and also the Sangh’s Nagpur office which is a purposeful and well thought action to spread confusion in the social media. This is an attempt to provoke people at large and to disrupt the happiness, peace and unity and integrity of our country and also an attempt to usurp the faith of every Indian in the present judicial system by using objectionable words for the present judicial system.

I request you to consider my above complaint and carry out necessary investigation to arrest such persons whose aim is to create confusion and anarchy in the society and also punish those who are assisting them, for which I have filed my present complaint. The printout of total 16 pages contained in the PDF file are enclosed herewith.
