Chandrakant Sharma, Prant Sah Seva Pramuk of the Jammu and Kashmir, seriously injured in a terrorist attack in Kishtwar district, died at Jammu Hospital today. Chandrakant Sharma, who was working as a medical assistant at Kishtwar district hospital, was attacked by terrorists on Tuesday in the hospital premises, in which they were seriously injured. They were brought to Jammu. His body is being taken from Jammu to Kishtwar, where his funeral will be done on Wednesday.
Chandrakant ji, family with wife and two sons was associated with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh since childhood. He served the organisation through various responsibilities. He completed the first, second, third year of training of RSS. His family was actively involved in the activities of religious activities and social service from the beginning.
Chandrakant ji did an important task to maintain the morale of local society in the period of terrorism. They did the work of organizing Hindus with great dignity. For the cooperation of the army, they used to stay on day to day. Because of which, he was targeted by the terrorists were on target, and were also provided security.
He inspired many youths and stayed away from status, reputation and continued to work for the underprivileged, exploited and helpless people.
He had built a temple in Kishtwar along with the society and organized the fair every year on Baisakhi. Most of his time seemed to be in the work of the Sangh and the society. He was also active in the Hindu Defense Committee during the terrorism. He was actively doing pravas in Doda vibhag and had a good sampark with religious, social organizations in the area.
The terrorists' monsoons will never be fulfilled to reduce the morale of the Hindu society. The Sangh has lost a fearless, combative and devout volunteer. On their part, irreparable damage to the area and society has caused irreparable damage.
