Enthusiastic Holi Milan in Chennai

Nearly 5000 people from various walks of life were part of enthusiastic Holi and Dhundi festival milan organized by RSS inspired ‘Bharatiya Utsav Samiti’ in Chennai. This second year Saamajik utsav begun with Ganesh Vandana and Bharat Mata Poojan. Mass exhibition of Rajasthani folk dance, solo dance, special umbrella of Pali, were the highlights of colourful day. President of all the societies, local legislators, councilors, and heads of various communities took part in this Holi Milan.

Seemajan Kalyan Samiti, Sankatan Mantri Shri Neembh Singh presided over the Milan and addressed the gathering. Shri Singh said that ‘it is necessary to be aware of the festivals of India and its glorious tradition to be built and preserved. The way we protect the house as our house, the farm to our farm, my shop as my shop, in the same way, this country has to be treated as a country of my own’.
