RSS Strongly Condemns All Forms of Discrimination And Atrocities In The Name of Caste Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) strongly condemns all forms of discrimination, injustice and atrocities in the name of caste, said RSS Gujarat Pranth unit in a press release issued today in Ahmadabad. RSS severely condemned the recent atrocity on scheduled caste youths by few gou-rakshaks in Somanath district of Gujarat. The alleged torture to our scheduled caste brethren in the name of saving cows in the Samathiyal village of the Gir Somanath district of Gujarat is utmost sorrowful and is a painful incident. RSS condemns these occurrences through strongest terms. RSS considers the inhuman treatment to our own people of our own society in the name of saving cows as a grave sin. RSS believes that ones associated and having taken part in such an act deserves severe penalties. Scheduled castes brethren form an integral part of our society and such incidents occurring at different times is a matter of serious concern for the whole society. We are a united society and it becomes our responsibility to see to it that all various elements of the society are dealt with mutual affection, affinity and brotherhood. At this juncture, RSS invites religious and social leaders to come forward and strive for equality and harmony in the society. This attack has happened to the whole Hindu society which has been living in peace and harmony. Such acts will disturb the atmosphere around us. The religious leaders and the government need to make special efforts to bring in harmony and peace in the society. Taking undue advantage of such incidents at the moment and playing politics or dividing the society in the name of caste would also be unacceptable. राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ, गुजरात प्रान्त प्रेस विज्ञप्ति July 21, 2016 जाति के आधार पर होनेवाले किसी भी प्रकार के भेदभाव, अन्याय या अत्याचार की राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ कडी निंदा करता है। गिर सोमनाथ जिले के सामढीयाला गांव मे कथित गौ रक्षा के नाम पर अनुसूचित जाति के बंधुओ पर हुआ अत्याचार अपने संपूर्ण समाज के लिए अत्यंत दुःख और पीड़ा देनेवाली घटना है। इस प्रकार की घटना की राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ कठोर शब्दो में निंदा करता है। गौरक्षा के नाम पर अपने ही समाज के बंधुओ के साथ इस प्रकार का अमानवीय व्यवहार जघन्य अपराध है। इस प्रकार की अपराधिकवृत्ती के लोगो को कठोर दंड होना चाहिए ऐसा संघ का मानना है। अपने समाज के अभिन्न अंग ऐसे अपने अनुसूचित जाति के बंधूओ के साथ अलग-अलग समय पर होने वाली ऐसी घटनाए संपूर्ण समाज के लिए गंभीर चिंता और चिंतन का विषय है। अपना समाज एक है और उसके सारे घटकों मे परस्पर स्नेह, आत्मीयता और बंधुभाव बना रहे ये देखना हम सब का कर्तव्य है। ऐसे समय में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ समाज के धार्मिक और सामाजिक अग्रणियों को भी आहवान करता है की वे आगे आकर समाज में समता और समरसता का वातावरण बने इसके लिये प्रयत्न करे। यह हमला शांती और सौहार्द से रहनेवाले पुरे हिन्दू समाज पर हुआ है। ऐसी घटनाऍ समाज मे समरसता के वातावरण को दूषित करती है। सरकार सहित समाज के अग्रणींओ को सौहार्द का वातावरण और शांति बनी रहे इस लिए विशेष प्रयास करने की आवश्यकता है। ऐसी घटनाओं की स्थिति में किसीभी प्रकार के राजकीय या समाज में जातिविग्रह हो ऐसे कोई भी प्रयत्न होते हो तो वह भी उचित नहीं है।
