Protest Demo against Awardwapsi By Ignited Minds

Around hundreds of patriotic citizens, social-media activists, writers, intellectuals gathered at Valluvar Kottam to stage protest march against the ‘selective outrage’ against Central Government and award wapsi.  Condemning the act of award returning, Prakash Swamy, the Co-ordinator of the programme spoke on how secular is our Prime Minister Modi and how, through his speeches and personal attention, took our country to greater heights in foreign countries. 

Speakers pointed out the number of death and clashes that occurred during 2005 and 2013 and the outrage by the intellectuals were at zero.  This selective outrage defaming our country is highly condemnable.  Shri Krishna Jaganathan, Shri Nambi Narayanan spoke on the occasion.
