Akhila Bharatiya Sah Sarkaryavah Sri Dattatreya Hosabale, has stated today, that ‘RSS stands by its ABKM statement on Gadgil-Kasturirangan Report. RSS is of the opinion that contentious issues should be sorted out by consensus of experts. A national debate to evolve consensus is desirable”.
Various reports are cropping up as the Union Government has filed an affidavit with National Green Tribunal stating that the Gadgil report will not be considered for the protection of the Western Ghats and it would move ahead with the Kasturirangan report.
