Nation lost a tallest and great leader Gopinath Munde Ji today morning who was killed in a car accident. Sudden demise of Gopinath Munde ji—a swayamsevak, who served as Kendriya Gram Vikas Mantri, Union Minister and senior BJP leader is shocking and saddening. Gopinathji played crucial role in the growth of the party in Maharashtra. Starting with student politics he grew up to become a national leader.
The RSS Chief Shri Mohan Bhagwat Ji, Suresh Soni Ji paid their tributes to the departed leader Munde ji in Delhi today. Dr. Mahmohan Vaidya, Akhila Bharatiya Prachar Pramuk expressed his shock and termed as ‘shocking and unfortunate’.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi described Munde as "a true mass leader" and said he was "extremely saddened and shocked" by the union minister's death.
"My tributes to a dynamic leader whose premature demise leaves a void hard to fill," tweeted Modi.
RSS leader Ram Madhav termed Munde's death as "a great loss" for the party, state and national politics.
