of RSS unit at Bhiwandi, Pune today filed a criminal complaint against Rahul
Gandhi with the First Class Magistrate Court. “..Through his speech, he has
harmed the reputation of our organization.
The remarks were made with an ulterior motive,” Mr. Kunte told PTI. “His allegation, that RSS men killed Mahatma
Gandhi, was against the judicial verdict in the case. This is a deliberate attempt for electoral
gains”, he alleged.
Rahul Gandhi while addressing a rally at Thane on
March 6, had said, “RSS
people killed Gandhiji and today their people (BJP) talk of him...They opposed
Sardar Patel and Gandhiji."
Earlier, RSS national leaders had strongly condemned the
baseless allegations made by Rahul Gandhi linking with the murder of Mahatma
Gandhi. RSS Akhila Bharatha Sah Sampark Pramuk Ram Madhav along with 3
prominent delegates filed a complaint with Anil Kumar Jha, Election
Commissioner of Karnataka, against Congress Vice President for his remarks at
Bangalore on March 7.
The court is likely to hear the case on March 27.
