Valmiki Jayanthi: Nationwide Sankalp for a grand Ram Mandir

Valmiki Jayanthi is celebrated all over the country on the Sharad Purnima.

Nationwide Sankalp Diwas is being observed today by VHP and Sangh Parivar to apprise people and pledge for construction of a grand Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. VHP along with revered sants and Mahatmas passed a unanimous resolution at Haridwar to construct a grand temple of Sri Ram at the site of the present make-shift temple which is undoubtedly the birthplace of the Hindu icon.
Valmiki who is revered as the Adi Kavi, is the author of epic Ramayana. Poulastya Vadha is the original name of Ramayana. The great epic “Ramayana” is respected not only in India but also in many countries.
