RSS Chief releases a book 'Samagra Vande Mataram'

 

Param Poojniya SarSanghchalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat ji releasing the book "Samagra Vande Matram". The book is a detailed account of Bankim Chandra Chatterjee's works.          

"We should definitely read this book. We keep the Bhagwad Gita at home. Similarly this tome should also be kept at home and read daily," said Bhagwat ji. He added that Vande Mataram is not merely two words rather a mantra which remained on the lips of our freedom fighters till their end. "Vande Mataram is a term that denotes the language of every Bhartiya's heart. And this is why everyone understands it," he said.

Bankim Chandra's descendant Shantanu Chattopadhyay was honoured on the occasion.
