RSS and Muslim Rashtriya Manch

मुस्लिम राष्ट्रीय मंच की इफ़्तार पार्टी,
आर०एस०एस और इन्द्रेश कुमार.....
मुस्लिम राष्ट्रीय मंच की तरफ से कल दिल्ली में आयोजित होने वाला इफ़्तार कार्यक्रम पिछले कई दिनों से मुख्यधारा मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है. यूं तो रमजान के महीने में इफ्तार आयोजन सामान्य घटना है पर यह आयोजन इसलिये चर्चा में क्योंकि इसके साथ आर०एस०एस को संबद्ध बताया जा रहा है और कहा जा रहा कि संघ मुस्लिमों को रिझाने के लिये उन्हें दावते-इफ़्तार दे रहा है. मीडिया द्वारा लगातार चलाये जा रहे भ्रामक प्रचार के नतीजे में अब कई राष्ट्रवादी लेखक भी संघ को निशाने पर ले रहें हैं कि संघ भी अब तुष्टीकरण की क्षुद्र राजनीति में लिप्त हो गया है. इसलिये आवश्यक है कि मुस्लिम राष्ट्रीय मंच और संघ के संबंधों को समझा जाये...!!
इस शताब्दी के आरंभिक सालों में अल-कायदा और बिन लादेन नाम का नासूर पूरी मानवजाति के अस्तित्व के लिये संकट बना हुआ था, भारत समेत पूरी दुनिया आये दिन आतंकवादी हमलों का शिकार हो रही थी. बिन लादेन के प्रभाव से भारत भी अछूता नहीं था. दिल्ली समेत कई शहरों में बिन-लादेन के समर्थन में  जूलूस निकाले जाते थे और नारे लगते थे. गुलाम रसूल बलियावी जैसे नेता तो बाकायदा लादेन के हुलिये में नेताओं के साथ नज़र आते थे. ऐसे में मुस्लिम समाज का प्रबुद्ध वर्ग जो इन सबसे आहत था और कसमसा रहा था कि इस्लाम के साथ चस्पां हो चुकी आतंक की इस छवि को मिटाया जाये. इसी कशमकश में 24 दिसंबर, 2002 को दिल्ली में पद्मश्री मुज़फ्फर हुसैन और उतनी धर्मपत्नी नफ़ीसा की कोशिशों से दीपावाली-ईद मिलन कार्यक्रम आयोजित हुआ जिसमें संघ की ओर से तत्कालीन सरसंघचालक पू० सुदर्शन जी, मदनदास देवी जी, श्री इन्द्रेश जी समेत संघ और विहिप के कई बड़े नेता और मुस्लिम समाज की ओर से मौलाना वहीदुद्दीन खान, ऑल इंडिया इमाम काउंसिल के सदर मौलाना जमीर इलियासी, फतेहपुरी मस्जिद के मौलाना मुकर्रम समेत कई बड़े उलेमा और बुद्धिजीवी शामिल हुए. कार्यक्रम में तत्कालीन सरसंघचालक सुदर्शन जी ने उपस्थित मुस्लिम धर्मगुरुओं और बुद्दिजीवियों के सामने एक प्रश्न रखा कि इस्लाम का अर्थ तो अमन और सलामती है पर दुनिया ने पिछले 1400 वर्षों में इसका बर्बर, हिंसक और जिहादी रूप ही देखा है तो क्या ये आप लोगों की जिम्मेदारी नहीं बनती कि आप दुनिया को इस्लाम का अमन और सलामती वाला चेहरा दिखाये....??
सुदर्शन जी की बात वहां मौजूद कई लोगों के जेहन में घर कर गई और उनलोगों ने पत्राचार के माध्यम से सुदर्शन जी से लगातार संवाद जारी रखा और इस संवाद के पश्चात् उनमें से कुछ लोग उनके पास आये और देशहित में काम करने, आतंकवाद का विरोध करने तथा हिन्दू-मुस्लिम वैमनस्य की बातों का सार्थक हल खोजने की दिशा में एक संगठन बनाकर काम करने की इच्छा जताई. सुदर्शन जी ने उनकी हौसला आफजाई की पर उनकी मांग थी कि चूँकि संघ राष्ट्र हित के बारे में सोचने वाला सबसे बड़ा संगठन है इसलिये हमारी इच्छा है कि इस काम में संघ हमारा मार्गदर्शन करे. उनके इस अनुरोध को स्वीकारते हुए पूजनीय सुदर्शन जी ने संघ के एक वरिष्ठ प्रचारक श्री इन्द्रेश कुमार को उनका मार्गदर्शन करने को कहा. तब से लेकर आजतक संघ प्रचारक इन्द्रेश जी मंच के मार्गदर्शन की भूमिका निभा रहे हैं. उनके कुशल अभिभावकत्व में मुस्लिम मंच ने देश-हित में कई बड़े और अद्भुत काम किये है जिसके ऊपर किसी अलग पोस्ट में लिखना बेहतर होगा...!!
इसलिये यह बात सबके समझने की है 'मुस्लिम राष्ट्रीय मंच' मुसलमानों का, मुसलमानों द्वारा देश-हित में चलाया जा रहा संगठन है. श्री इन्द्रेश जी इस संगठन में सिर्फ़ मार्गदर्शक की भूमिका में है. "मुस्लिम राष्ट्रीय मंच" संघ के आनुषांगिक संगठनों में नहीं है. संघ अपने अनुषांगिक संगठनों में अपने 'संगठन -मंत्री' नियुक्त करता है (जो भाजपा से लेकर abvp तक में देखे जा सकतें है). इसके अलावा संघ अपने अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि सभा में अपने सभी अनुषांगिक संगठनों से वृत-निवेदन (रिपोर्टिंग) लेता है , मुस्लिम मंच को न तो संघ की अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि सभा में बुलाया जाता है न ही उनसे वृत लिया जाता है, इसलिये यह बात बिलकुल स्पष्ट समझनी चाहिए कि मुस्लिम राष्ट्रीय मंच" आर०एस०एस का अनुषांगिक संगठन नहीं है. इस संगठन में अपवाद स्वरुप ही कुछ हिन्दू पदाधिकारी हैं बाकी सारे पदों पर सब मुस्लिम ही हैं और इन्द्रेश जी इस संगठन के मार्गदर्शक हैं. इफ़्तार पार्टी मुस्लिम राष्ट्रीय मंच दे रही है न कि आर०एस०एस या श्री इन्द्रेश जी. इन्द्रेश जी इसमें बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शामिल होने वालें हैं और वहां शामिल होकर वो उनकी ठकुरसुहाती नहीं करने वाले बल्कि उन्हें देशभक्ति की शिक्षा, अपने हिन्दू पूर्वज, गाय, गंगा की सलामती और अमन का पैगाम देने वाले हैं...!!
बाकी जहाँ तक इन्द्रेश कुमार का सवाल है वो इस्लाम के चौदह सौ सैंतीस साल के इतिहास में शायद अकेले व्यक्ति हैं जो मुस्लिम समाज से हर उस मसले पर खिताब करतें है जिसके ऊपर मुंह खोलने की हिम्मत कोई सेकुलर तो दूर कोई मुस्लिम भी नहीं करता है...!!
उपरोक्त तथ्यों के बाद भी जो संघ को इस इफ़्तार कार्यक्रम का मेजबान और श्री इन्द्रेश कुमार को तुष्टीकरण करने वाला समझता या कहता है तो समझता और कहता रहे मुर्ख के चिल्लाने से संघ को कोई फर्क नही पड़ता जय श्री राम ......✍

Iftar Party organized by Muslim Rashtriya Manch….

RSS and Indresh Kumar…

For last many days, social and main stream media is keenly debating the Iftar party being organized by Muslim Rashtriya Manch in Delhi. Though it is quiet usual to conduct iftar party during Ramzan month, it becomes unusual when RSS’s name gets associated with this event. It is being said that RSS is organizing this event to attract Muslim’s in its fold. Thanks to this misleading tirade by media that some nationalist writers are also pointing their guns towards RSS saying that Sangh too is getting involved in petty politics of Muslim appeasement. In light of this misinformed propaganda, it is prudent that relationship between RSS and Muslim Rashtriya Manch is put into perspective.

Beginning of this century saw the uprising of Al-Qaeda and Bin Laden. This canker posed a serious threat to whole humanity. Not only India but the whole world was facing the consequences of terrorist attacks carried out by this group. India was also not untouched from this menace. Many in Delhi and other cities were lauding and taking out processions in support of the same. Likes of Gulam Rasul Baliyavi were hobnobbing with political class of the country in an attire similar to Bin Laden’s. In such times, a group of Muslim Intelligentsia was felling strangulated with the feeling of Islam getting synonymous with terror. Amidst this dilemma, PadmaSri Muzzafar Hussain and his wife Nafisa organized a Diwali-Eid gathering on 24^th December 2002 which was attended by many Sangh and VHP leaders such as the then SarsanghChalak Pujyaniya SudarshanJi, MadanDas Devi Ji and Shri Indresh Ji. This event was graced by many tall Muslim leaders and intellectuals as well such as Maulana Vahiduddin Khan, Maulana Jammer Ilyasi (Head of All India Imam Council) and Maulana Mukkaram of Fatehpuri Masjid. In this gathering SudarshanJi posed a question to all present Muslim religious and intellectual leaders; If Islam stands for peace and harmony, then why only barbaric, violent and Jihadi face of Islam is so visible in last 1400 years? Isn’t it the responsibility of Muslim leadership to portray peaceful and harmonious face of Islam to the world?

This thought got assimilated in many who were present there. This instigated a regular communication with SudarshanJi on this matter. All these efforts culminated into an Idea of establishing an organization which can work for nation, for oppressing all terror thoughts and for Hindu-Muslim harmony. SudarshanJi encouraged the idea. And that is how Muslim Rashtriya Manch came into existence. However Muslim leadership sought assistance and guidance of Sangh as they thought Sangh to be the biggest organization working towards the betterment of nation.  Conceding the demand, SudarshanJi deputed a senior Prachrak Shri IndreshJi for the same. Since then IndreshJi is acting as a Guide for this purpose. Under his guidance, Muslim Rashtriya Manch could accomplish many tasks beneficial to society whose detailed testimony may need other write-up.

Hence we need to understand that Muslim Rashtriya Manch is an organization of muslins and by Muslims working towards the betterment of nation. Shri IndreshJi is just an advisor and guide for the same. Muslim Rashtriya Manch is not an organization derived out of Sangh. Sangh deputes its representatives in all its derived organization. This arrangement can be seen in all derived organizations ranging from ABVP to BJP. All these derived organizations are mandated to report their activities and progress in ABPS (Akhil Bhartiya Pratinidhi Sabha) meeting. However there is no such mandate for Muslim Rashtriya Manch. They are neither invited nor report their activities in ABPS. Hence it is evidently clear that Muslim Rashtriya Manch is not derived out of RSS. Barring few exceptions all office bearers of this organization are Muslims. Iftar party is being organized by Muslim Rashtriya Manch and not by RSS or IndreshJi. Indresh Ji will be attending this program as chief guest. His intent is not to draw any special attention there but to remind everybody of their patronage towards nation, Hindu ancestry, cow protection, Ganga preservation and harmony. As far as Indresh Ji is concerned, he is probably one of those few who in the 1400 years history of Islam has the courage to speak on issues bothering Muslim society. These are issues on which even Muslims don’t dare to talk, forget seculars.

Even after above explanation, somebody decides to declare RSS as host of this program and Indresh Ji as an appeaser, there is nothing much Sangh would like to explain further and will leave it to the good wisdom of people.
