The Hon’ble Judge, after hearing the arguments putforth by the Advocates representing the Sangh in the contempt of court case against the Police authorities has dismissed the case with the following order:
The stopping the RSS Route March is a bad taste on the part of the Police authorities. However, since there is no mention regarding Uniform in the last para of the Judgment delivered on 7th November 2014, benefit of doubt is extended to the Police and hence case dismissed.

I think this is a bad judgement, where no justice was done to the RSS. The biased Police got away with it!
