VHP welcome AP HIGH  COURT judgement scrapping 4.5% Muslim Reservation    - Dr. Togadia

Delhi.28 May 2012

        VHP International Working President Dr Pravin Togadia Welcomes AP High Court judgement scrapping 4.5% Muslim Resrevation. High Court criticises AP and Central Govt and asked 'How Muslims are Backward?' High Court told that Muslim resrevation is violation of Constitution Article 15 & 16. It was forth time AP High Court scrapped Muslim reservation. This time it was referred by Supreme court.

        VHP demands that in view of AP High Court judgment Central Govt should immediately withdraw 4.5% Muslim reservation from OBC quota, otherwise VHP will exercise judicial option as well as Pubic Agitation to cancel Muslim Reservation by Central Govt.

    A correct judgement that will arrest minority appeasement. Center and other states including Tamilandu, which are having this practice should immediately with draw this act.

    Not a coincidence that in the land where the International Court of Justice is located that their
    law and constitution are being amended to ensure that
    Muslims behave to be allowed to stay.
    Let us all go Dutch even while going on pilgrimage to Mecca and ensure that the minorities do not abuse the
    freedom in the country.
